Introduction

Astro is a real-money crash game that settles on-chain, on Robinhood Chain.

The core loop

1. A round opens and players place bets before a short betting window closes.
2. A multiplier starts climbing from 1.00x.
3. Each player decides when to cash out. The longer you wait, the higher the multiplier, and the higher the risk it crashes first.
4. At an unpredictable point, the round crashes. Anyone still in gets nothing; everyone who cashed out before the crash gets bet × multiplier.

What makes it different from a regular casino

• Provably fair: the crash point for every round is derived from a pre-committed hash chain and a public on-chain salt. Nobody, including Astro's own operator, can know or influence the outcome before betting closes. See Provably Fair.
• Self-custodial: you play from your own wallet. Astro never holds your funds beyond what you've deposited to play or invest, and there's no KYC gate to start.
• The house is investable: anyone can deposit into the Bankroll and earn a share of the house edge, instead of only betting against it.
